Use the service lawfully and with permission

Use PowerAtlas only for lawful purposes and only with content, accounts, systems, and documents you are authorized to access. Respect intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, licensing, export-control, and other legal obligations.

Protect people and physical systems

Do not treat AI outputs or automated calculations as final approval for construction, electrical work, equipment operation, code compliance, or life-safety decisions. Have qualified professionals review applicable sources, assumptions, and conditions. Do not use PowerAtlas to control equipment, bypass protective systems, or create instructions intended to cause physical harm.

Do not upload sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless you have authority to do so and have determined that the service and your organization’s settings are appropriate for it.

Do not abuse or compromise the service

• Do not access another user’s account, content, or workspace without authorization.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls, rate limits, or subscription and permission checks.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not scrape or collect service data through automated means except through an expressly authorized feature or agreement.
• Do not use PowerAtlas outputs to misrepresent professional approval, source verification, or human review.

Report issues

If you discover a security issue or believe this policy has been violated, do not exploit or expose the issue. Contact support@poweratlas.ai with enough detail for us to investigate.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending access, or closing an account, subject to applicable law and any governing customer agreement.
